Okay, okay, so I am eating my words! A few years ago, I might have expressed out loud, what kind of loser would broadcast their thoughts on the World Wide Web so that strangers and people who actually knew you could actually access it? I am a pretty private person, and my journal is for my eyes only! Besides, who would want to read what I had to ramble about anyway?
At that point in my life, I was a mother of four, student teaching full time, and in the Young Women Presidency. Sleep was a precious commodity!
How time changes things, and people!
Here I am, done with school, all the kids are in school, no baby to bounce around, and I find myself wandering around aimlessly at times wondering what I should be doing. As most of you know, I am physically active, and since I have hurt my foot (3 months and counting), I have had to find new ways to entertain myself that don’t involve being on my feet! The internet has been my friend, and after reading some friends’ blogs, I actually enjoyed the process.
What a great way to journal and keep family and friends updated. So I have hopped on the blogging bandwagon, joining the ranks of losers, blogging to my heart’s content–at least until my foot heals.
How fun!! I’m excited to hear about you guys! Happy Birthday a wee bit late also!! Congratulations to Jeremey! I’m sure you are now so very greatful for your trials of 2002-2003! How did you hurt your foot?
Yeah, I have a comment! Hey Tammy! I swear you are always online! Thanks for the birthday shout out, you have a great memory. This is exactly why I am blogging, I can’t seem to remember anything anymore! I am bad, I can’t remember when yours is, March? Yes, 2002 seems like ages ago, I am glad you were there to support me through that one. I don’t know how exactly I hurt my foot, probably overuse during running. Let me know how your family is!
